An Extraordinarily Ordinary Day

Evelyn, if you really want some good songs, you should go to Isabel, she's like a music pro. But here's a few bands and artists I like. Paramore, Jason Mraz, Regina Spektor, Simple Plan, Coldplay. And well, I think that's enough for now. Lol.
I'm currently in Geography. Okay, I don't normally like type out these boring posts about me being in class. I save those for Livejournal. xD But well, they blocked Livejournal from school. I really need to stop being to jealous. Die green eyed monster. I used to be able to give compliment REALLY easily. But now, it's like hard. Cos I know inside that they're better than me. So, I have decided that I will PURPOSELY say nice things, SINCERELY. And MAKE SURE I mean it all. Ok?
I kinda, didn't finish the post in Geography, so I'm continuing it. Anyway, today was another extraordinarily ordinary day. I'm quoting extraordinarily ordinary from Isabel. I can't remember when she said that though...
4 weeks till... dun dun dun dun... HOLIDAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOT
yea, I'm a little excited.

First post on Music

Listening to 'Welcome To My Life' by Simple Plan.
I like it. I can relate. Like totally. That's what is called good music. Anything is really good music actually. You just have to hear it at the right time. When you can relate to it. The lyrics. Just perfect. But I guess there'll always be some songs that are absolutely pointless with pointless lyrics, but most have meaningful ones. Or at least, ones that tell a story. And for that moment, it's your story.
And some just are easy to learn and are nice to sing along to with friends.

Wow, short.

Don't You Just Loves

Ladida,
It's me. AGAIN. I know, you're like, getting sick of me. Well, too bad. You're the one that decided to read this post. Beats me why you are though... Anyway, I really should be drawing a map for Geography, ew, but well. I'm here. No particular reason. I just feel like writing a lot now. Not for homework though. For fun. Okay, so here's a list of don't you just loves. Well, actually it's more like a don't I just love, but whtevs.
Don't you just love...
The feeling of typing really fast on the computer and the 'pitter patter' sound,
Cold showers during summer when you feel oh-so refreshed,
Family,
Knowing that you're about to have something you really like (pie, sushi etc) and get really excited and eat it later (doesn't work if you don't really get to eat it),
Just waking up and being in a good mood,
Feeling loved,
Playing with your family friends and feeling like a kid again (I am a kid. but i act different around different people),
Sitting on the swing feeling like you are flying,
Being complimented (on anything really. Admit it, u love it),
Seeing an A+ on your test/assignment (opposite when you get not A+),
Having someone smile at you and you get a warm fuzzy feeling,
Singing along to a song you know with people you know,
Shopping for food,
Getting back home after... Anything really.
The list goes on forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever... You get the picture. Wow, this actually made me feel better. Though, I was never in a not good mood. Today was one of the okay days. I might do a list of 'Don't you just hates' later on. :P Oooh, colourful. Pretty, right?
Smiling and sighing in contentment,
Hope it lasts,
Erica

Wedding (NOT mine)

Yesterday evening,
I went to this wedding. It was in a garden next to the beach, and there were so many dang flies EVERYWHERE. Oh how I HATE flies. I hope they all drop dead and die. I said die twice. OH well, they deserve it. Anyway, most of the kids (including me) went to the playground to play and we missed half the ceremony. Oh, well. Then, there was DINNER. In which everyone (or maybe just me) was starvingly hungry.
And then, when we got there, we waited another... 2 hours? before we could start eating. And guess what? We were the last table to get the food. But the food was yummy enough and there were chocolates on the table. :) Then, it was the speech and bridal waltz in which people blew bubbles to set the mood. Cayden, Gareth, Jon and Denzel , NONE of them let me blow bubbles. Hmph. I got like one blow. Oh, well. Then, we joined in the dancing. Which was interesting enough. And there was dessert! YUM. CAKE. PINEAPPLE (HAH isabel).
When everything finished, we went outside (hot) and Gareth had this handfull of helium balloons which Cayden chased him around for. Then, he let it GO! Which was pretty cool. I videod it with my camera. It was a fun day. And I learnt that I'm actually really LUCKY. And I can't have everything. So I really should be happy with what I have and not be greedy. Which is what I have been doing.
OMG. It's already november!
Almost forgot, we got slurpies after the wedding. 7/11 day!
WHOOT, I think I'm still high from cake + sugar +chocolate!

The Rambler (discontinued)

Okay,
I just realized that I can be really selfish sometimes. Yes, well. I'm trying not to be. So 5 stars for me! haha. Nothing much to blog about actually... I feel like making a list. Hmmm... Actually, nah, I'll write a really suckish poem. Yes, I'm that bored. Hey! I could play maplestory. Nah, I'll do that later. Wow, I'm rambling a lot.
The Rambler (nice title right?)
Lying on her bed,
Trying to hearten (nothing else rhymes with burden...)
Herself.
All the great things she (can't think of a synonym that sounds deeper than 'had')
But there was still that burden.
I'm like breaking all the poem rules now. Oh well. Stuff rules. And I give up. Wow, I give up easily. I went through this stage where I actually liked writing them (about 2 weeks), but I think that part of me is like... Gone. lol.
No, ew. I will not go on social networking sites. No offence to anyone who does.
I'll deal with it. I always do. Sort of.
Tommy.

Me Raving Again
Written by

Okay,
I checked and I missed by one post. So I have 2 months where I posted 7 posts. Which sucks. So this month I will have to post 8. I MISSED BY ONE! How unlucky is that? Numbers hate me. But whtevs numbers & Math, I'm returning to favour. Anyway, we went to the Melbourne Zoo today. Which was pretty uneventful actually. All I have to say is that I'm gonna complain that we didn't have enough time to finish all 3 booklets in the space of... half a day.
So anyway, I am now very rational and practical. I think. I really want a best friend. Like a BEST friend. Everyone seems to have one. But well, I guess I'm just not 'friend' material. Not that I care. Ok fine, maybe I do. But whtever. I have like a billion theories for that reason. I shall list a few.
Being boring, uninteresting, annoying, clingy?, easily offended?, nothing in common, different? and so on. The list continues. I don't get it. And I should be satisfied to leave it that way. That maybe, I'm not meant to be in the friendship group I'm in. But well, somehow, I care too much. Evaluate too much. And think too much yet again.
I was thinking do people hate me? But then, that's overreacting, people just like other people better than they like me. I'll bet that it was always like that, I just never noticed until now. Or I'm just overthinking as usual. Not that I care. Need someone to talk to that won't judge me.
Omg, I think this might be all because I sat with Angela on the bus. Wow, I need to like... Take a break in examining people and their reactions and stuff.
Another really disjointed post. Me raving. Again.
On a happier note, I'm GOING TO post 8 posts this month and beat my record.
Debating on whether to publish this post.
It might make the 7 go to 8 this month.
Okay fine, I'll post it.

Not so long weekend
Written by

So,
It's a new month and I haven't checked if I have beaten my record of 7 posts in a month. Which really isn't much, but well, I'm a busy girl. Not really, but still. Anyway, it was the long weekend!!! Though, frankly, it was nowhere near long enough. We had like piles and piles of homework, which kinda sucked. BUT yesterday was fun fun fun!
Another one of those everybody comes BBQ things we have. Not often enough, I must say. Anyway, so Mavis and obviously, Cayden's family, they all came. And there was sooooo SO much food. Which made me, of course, happy. There was heaps of jelly! And there was this wrap thing that surprisingly was really addictive and I couldn't stop eating it.
We played at the playground, showing off our awesome (not-so-awesome) skills on the monkey bar. We (Me, Tess, Mavis, Martin etc) were attempting to do pull ups. And we didn't manage one full one. Not even close. Then, Kendrick came along and did like one FULL one. Freak. Yes, well, I shall train so I can do one too. Muahahhahahaha. LOL. Tess just told me that she asked him to do it again later on and he couldn't!! HAHAHHA. FLUKE. And we played Shark. Love climbing up and down the playground.
Then, we played SOCCER! Oh, how I ADORE playing soccer. And I scored like 3 goals. Ok, stop boasting Erica. Most of them were flukes anyway, but still. I just felt so happy playing it. I wish I could play like every week. Yes, I should find some club to play. And then, I can get better. That is, if I can be bothered.
And then, horror struck! We were playing at the playground again and I was running from the 'Komodo Dragon' (don't ask) and I full on tripped on my ankle and OUCH!! Yea, I re-sprained my ankle. Lucky me. Then, they all came to our house and I half watched Harry Potter (the latest one tho I've seen it like twice) and half played maple. Made a new account cos Gareth, Cayden and Kendrick all made me.
Less depressing post,
That's good right?
But the other posts weren't depressing, were they?
