To the Vineyard!

Yo again!
My holidays have STARTED!! One week earlier than everyone else... Heehee... 3 weeks of non-stop fun. At least I hope so. :) Let's see, last Sunday. I know it's like ages ago. But I haven't had the time to blog and it was a fun day. Anyway, in the morning, we went with Uncle Alvin and Aunty Mary to this vineyard-place-thing. It was a like 45 minute drive. Not that long really. But still.
The scenery was soooo pretty. The sky was like my favourite shade of blue and the clouds were oh-so fluffy and white. Wish I took a picture... Gah. We were kind of in the country already. And we went to this sort of gormet restaurant. They had entree on the menu. LOL. Sounds really cool and frenchy if you say it right. lol. For the entree, we ordered this smoked salmon tart thing (i really like it cos i really like salmon), a weird quail thing (not my kinda thing), soup (really yummy) and this mini lobster prawn thingo (not exactly sure what it was).
The kids, my sister and I, and Isaac and Samuel (two little boys my bro's age) went outside. The space was GINORMOUS! It was like totally massive green space. It was awesome! Imgaine if you had a garden like that in behind your backdoor! We were just running like crazy and skipping all over the place. It wa like never ending wide space, man! You could do whatever you wanted without having to worry about banging into something! lol.
Then came the main course, I had to order a kids meal, along with Samuel and Isaac. We had fish & chips, lasagna (huge one) and a schnitzel thing. It was all pretty okay. Then came thr adult's food. Aww... Yum... My sis had fish (it was like gormet with potato at the bottom of it), my mum had this lamb thing (perfectly cooked, my fav?), Aunty Mary had duck (it was cooked chinese style, so I had it quite a lot), and finally Uncle Alvin had this beef thing (okay, pretty okay).
Next came.... OMG! My favourite part, DESSERT! hahahahaha. We ordered were gonna have chocolate souffle and creme boule, BUT it was all finished... NOOO!! lol. So instead we had a gigantic chocolate cake (with truffle inside too), cherry cheese cake (couldn't taste the cherry so it was good. I hate red cherries), a sticky date & orange pudding (nice enough), and a nutty carrot cake. It was all really cool and fun. But all of us were stuffed like turkeys on Christmas day. (Felt like using a lame line).
