School...

Yo, Oooh, we're learning about blood in Science now. Isabel and I are like going crazy every Science class. We have this weird thing in common, we love biology. Things to do with blood, genes, DNA, organs... Stuff like that. We like scream and jump up and down during science. And we have these random deep-ish (not really) discussions about like, blood clotting, strokes etc. I know, we are soo weird. Jess and Vic look at us like we're freaks. LOL. But it's really interesting. Jess gave me looked at me even more like I was some kind of weirdo when I said, YAY! when the teacher said we were gonna dissect a sheeps heart. hahahahahaha. So yea... And today, Jessie was Isabel's familiar (something we learnt in English. an animal that follows a person around) And Isabel was my familiar. But in the end I became Isabel's familiar. Jess was a tweeting canary, then she transformed into a wolf... I was a puppy i think. Or duck? Or was it snake? Nevermind. It was random, but fun? I guess. lol. Oooooooooooooh! I can't wait for tomorrow! We have a Geography excursion. To the beach cos we're learning about the coast and stuff, but STILL. Going to the beach on a school day! I LOVE the beach! I got 13 wrong in a 45 word English spelling test, Cherrycookie

Neither Here nor There

Heyy, If you're my age. Do you ever get the feeling that you just don't fit in? Not fit in at school and popular group and stuff... I mean like, other stuff. When it comes to choose between the kids and the teenagers, I get really confused... I want to go play with the kids cos their just soo much fun and sooo much less, serious and 'mature'. They're so happy and you don't feel that they are judging you. At least, that's how I feel. I know, I'm being really childish. Then, I also want to stay with the teenagers. They talk and it's sort of interesting. I learn stuff and it's nice to be with the 'older' ones. Besides, I want to start to fit in with them, cos I will be *sigh* a teenager one day. If I go with the teenagers, the children would think I'm not one of them anymore. They might even be right. ERGH! Sometimes, it really sucks being 12/13 Tommy

Silly Much?

Heyy, Guess what happened this morning... I felt soooo silly and embarrassed. lol. At least Isabel was there with me. So went for Math, which was supposed to be in the computer room, it has been in there for the last few lessons. As we sat there I was wondering if Mr. Taylor was absent because another teacher was there. And then I was thinking, 'That's funny, the people in our class are different...' That was when the teacher started talking, "I want you to start from Task 1 to 3. WHAT???? We had already got to task like 5 and 6??? WHAT??? Isabel asked if we were in the right class and we realized that we weren't... It was a totally DIFFERENT CLASS!!! Me and Isabel half sneaked and half ran out of the class to our NORMAL classroom. *gulp* Whoops! I kept feeling giggled rise in my throat. But when we walked in late, the teacher didn't say anything. huh, he wasn't surprised... I could see Molly smiling when we walked in.... Funny story, Tim Tan

Thinking Back

Hey, I have never ever cried at school, except this once. I don't know why I never cried, it just wasn't right. Like I wasn't supposed to or something. I generally DON'T cry in public full stop. And it's not for the reason it show weakness or sumthing, like they say in those books. At least, I don't think so. Anyway, I remember the time I cried at school quite clearly. It was when I was in Grade 3, school in Malaysia. It was during the week of exams I think, toward the end of the year. I can't recall exactly what happened, but it was a falling out with a friend. My best friend actually. During recess I was leaning against one of the pillars and blinking back tears away. I couldn't talk, cos I knew that if I did, the tears would spill out. There was a group of my other friends surrounding me, trying to comfort me. They were saying that my best friend wasn't really angry with me and stuff. I'm guessing they were probably thinking, "OMG! Erica is crying... She NEVER cries!" Huh, isn't it kinda weird how I never cried about anything else, but I cried about a small falling out with a friend. I didn't cry when I fell down, when I got hit or scolded by the teacher, or anything! Sigh... What does that say about me? One weird little girl. Cherrycookie

What would happen?

Yo, I know this is gonna sound morbid, but hey, I'm just curious. I mean don't you wonder who would go to your funeral? Like actually go, and not because they have to, or out of duty or they are forced by their parents or to be polite or something. Wouldn't you wanna know who actually cared? Or ever wonder what would happen to everyone after you died. Would they care? Would they cry? I would want them to carry on. That does not mean not care or forget... And wouldn't it be nice if you knew you were remembered for being an awesome friend, a really good person or something. Wouldn't you want to be remembered as someone NICE? I hope I'm a good enough person to be remembered. Am I? Erica

Stages in Life

Hey, This is one of those entries where I talk about the random stuff I think about with my friends. Do not be offended. It's just my way of thinking. xD There are a few stages in life. You start with your Childhood. The BEST most AWESOMEST years of you life. It's when you are cool and you have fun. 1-12 years. Then comes Stage 2. Teenagehood. The worst years of your life. It's when you get all hormonal and you get horrid mood swings. AND you start thinking about what you look like. Eurgh. You become really uncool and unawesome. 13-18 or 19 years. (depends) Next is Stage 3. Your Adulthood. You get over teenagerness and become more mature. You concentrate on studies and stuff. You are likely to get a... ew... 'boyfriend'. Then you get a job and work and are successful independant etc. You are fairly awesome cos you can drive. :) 19 or 20-25 years. After that is Stage 4. Parenthood. You get *cough* married and you have *ehem* kids. That's when you are relaly responsible and stuff. You have a nice house and a good job. 26-60 years. Finally, Stage 5. Oldiehood. Don't get offended by the name. It's actually not bad. It's when you rest and have grandkids and stuff. You are happy and satisfied. 70 onwards. Hope you enjoyed it? Tim Tan

Pretending

Hey, I'm trying to blog more often now. I guess. So I'm gonna get on with my blabbing. I really don't get what I do it for. Pretend. Well, I do, sometimes. You see, whenever something bad happens at home, (it's usually no big deal) and we go out to see our friends or cousins or school or whatever. I just put on this act. Sort of. I smile and pretend nothing is wrong, continuing with that cheerful, bouncy person I usually am. No one ever guesses the slightest bit. You see, that's why people think I have an oh-so perfectly happy life. Which I do. But everyone has their problems. That's also why Flo, and Mavis too, once told Tess and I that we get along so well. Everyone thinks we never fight, when we do fight, it's never big ones. But the thing is, we do! Even in front of everyone else. People just don't see it. Or, well, we're good at hiding it. But when I'm angry with Tess, she knows. Same when she's mad at me. Even when I'm really, somehow, I smile in the end. It looks real. I think. So, you see, our family gets into like a fight or something, there's like a big tension. And then, we go out, and see people, with big smiles. I would just keep pretending, until it becomes sort of real and I'm not mad anymore? Something like that. You probably won't understand, but oh well. It all turns out okay in the end and that's all that matters, right? Tommy
